YES! All of our products are made with natural ingredients. Please visit our online shop to see the list of ingredients in every item.

Preserves are made from cooking whole fruits so they feature a fuller fruit flavor compared to jams.

Jellies are made from only the juices of fruits. They offer a uniform texture, are clear, and firm compared to preserves and jams. We do not offer jellies yet.

Jams are made from crushed fruit and fruit puree, not whole fruit.

Please see “Best if used by” date printed on the jar.

Yes, we charge standard shipping on all orders.

For local deliveries, we normally take around 3 to 5 days.  For deliveries that are not local, the estimated time of arrival will vary.

Once you place an order, we’ll confirm your order via email before we start preparing your product.

During checkout, you can easily select “Ship to Different Address” to send our products as a gift!

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Products which are damaged or otherwise mishandled in transit may be returned to us for replacement without additional charge or for full credit. We encourage our customers not to sign or accept any damaged packages. In the event that your package is damaged, please call our customer service representatives.

Although our site is secure, we do not allow you credit card information to be stored within our site. We do not store any financial account information in our databases that could later be used to compromise your account. This information is used as provided and only to complete the current transaction.

If you are a registered customer, just log-in with your email address and the password you originally supplied. Click “My Account” (next to the Shopping Cart button) near the top of your screen. Here, you can update any of the original information you supplied.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@texasplumline.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Wish lists are collections of desired products saved by customers to their user account, signifying interest without immediate intent to purchase.

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO’s or to FPO’s.
